I started working here in 2014 as Food and Beverage Outlet Manager for Meeting & Events looking after guests during meetings and private dining. I covered all aspects of the Food & Beverage Operation including, in room dining, restaurant and the bar, learning a lot about the entire operation which proved challenging and varied.

In May 2016 I moved to reception as Guest Experience Manager. My job is to make each guest’s stay as individual as possible. One of my projects has been to find hidden gems and treasures that guests might never have heard about within Mayfair. The hotel is in the heart of Mayfair which seems to be at the very centre of everything happening in London. When guests stay with us they love to explore the area to find the most haunted house in London – No 50 Berkeley Square, which roof the Beatles played on in Saville Row in 1969 and the house where the Queen was born – the home of her parents in Bruton Street, not Buckingham Palace.

My role and area of work is varied and very exhilarating. No day is the same! It is a pleasure to see guests really enjoy their stay with us and when they return we welcome them back as friends.
